Scope of This Policy

Mind Partner AI, Inc. (“Mind Partner,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) operates the marketing website located at mindpartner.ai (the “Website”). This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website, including its landing pages, waitlist and contact forms, quizzes, surveys, and text message program.

The Mind Partner product — our web application at mindpartnerai.com and our iOS and Android apps (together, the “App”) — is covered by a separate privacy policy, available at mindpartnerai.com/privacy. If you create a Mind Partner account or use the App, that policy governs the information you provide there, including your conversations and reflections. Nothing you share inside the App is collected through the Website or shared with the advertising partners described below.

By using the Website, you agree that your information will be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

(a) Information You Give Us

• Waitlist and early-access forms: name and email address, and your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
• Text message sign-up: mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages (see “Text Messages (SMS)” below).
• Surveys, quizzes, and feedback forms: the answers and comments you choose to submit.
• Emails you send us: your email address and the contents of your message.

(b) Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our partners automatically collect certain information through cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies, including:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Pages you view, links and buttons you click, forms you submit, and time spent on the Website.
• The referring website or advertisement that brought you to the Website, including campaign parameters in the link.
• Cookie and advertising identifiers.

How We Use Information

• To add you to our waitlist and send you updates about Mind Partner, including launch and early-access announcements.
• To send text messages you have opted in to receive.
• To respond to your questions and feedback.
• To understand how visitors use the Website and improve it.
• To measure the performance of our advertising and to show Mind Partner ads to people who have visited the Website or who are similar to them.
• To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and security issues.

Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising

The Website uses the following third-party technologies:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.): records page views and form submissions on the Website so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show ads to Website visitors. Meta may use this information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Google Analytics, Google tag, and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC): measure Website traffic and visitor behavior and manage the tags on the Website. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Customer.io: receives information submitted through Website forms so we can manage our waitlist and send email updates.
• Essential cookies: used to operate the Website, remember your cookie choices, and protect forms from spam. These do not require consent.

Your choices. You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings link on the Website. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based ads from Meta through your Facebook or Instagram ad settings and from Google at adssettings.google.com.

EU, UK, and Swiss visitors. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before placing analytics or advertising cookies, and these technologies do not load unless you agree. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the cookie settings link.

Global Privacy Control. The Website honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for advertising, as described in the U.S. State Privacy Rights section below.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Mind Partner AI at the number you provided, which may include waitlist updates, launch notifications, and coaching reminders.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@mindpartner.ai.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with service providers that help us deliver text messages, and they may use it only for that purpose. The text message opt-in information described in this section is excluded from all other sharing described in this Privacy Policy.

How We Share Information

• Service providers that help us operate the Website and communicate with you, including website hosting, email delivery, form and waitlist management (Customer.io), and text message delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google), as described in “Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising.”
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law or legal process, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of Mind Partner, our users, or others.

We do not sell your name, email address, or phone number for money.

U.S. State Privacy Rights (Including California)

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and disclose it.
• Access and receive a copy of your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
• Appeal our decision if we decline your request.

Sharing for advertising. Our use of the Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags may be considered “selling” or “sharing” personal information (specifically, online identifiers and Website activity) for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws. You can opt out by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” option in the Website’s cookie settings, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by emailing us. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

Categories we collect: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address, cookie and advertising IDs); internet and network activity (pages viewed, clicks, referrers); and the content of survey, quiz, and feedback responses you submit. We collect these from you directly and automatically from your device, for the purposes described in “How We Use Information,” and disclose them to the categories of recipients described in “How We Share Information.”

To make a request, email privacy@mindpartner.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland

Mind Partner AI, Inc. is the controller of personal information collected through the Website. We rely on your consent for analytics and advertising cookies and for marketing messages, and on our legitimate interests to operate and secure the Website and respond to your inquiries. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States; where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework for these transfers. Marketing Emails

You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you messages related to a request you made.

Data Retention

We keep waitlist, form, and text message information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purposes described in this policy. We keep records of text message consent and opt-outs as long as needed to comply with law. Cookie data is retained for the periods set by each cookie, which you can view in the Website’s cookie settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and the Website uses HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@mindpartner.ai and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as a notice on the Website or by email.
